
Vincent Vincke
Biography
Dr. Vincent Vincke is a postdoctoral researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where he teaches courses on the Enlightenment and on Wittgenstein. Dr. Vincke obtained a bachelor's (2018) and master's (2019) degrees in philosophy and moral sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and a research master in philosophy (2020) from the interuniversity program of Ghent University, University of Antwerp and VUB. In 2024, he obtained a PhD as an FWO Research Fellow at the Centre for Logic and Philosophy of Science (CLPS) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, with a dissertation on the relationship between Wittgenstein's ethical thought and his philosophy of mathematics. Dr. Vincke is also active as head of education at Ifese (short for "Instituut voor Filosofische en Sociaalwetenschappelijke Educatie vzw"), and in that capacity responsible for the educational programs.
